How we work
We assist
customers by interfacing with vendors and suppliers to
review and enforce negotiated pricing, secure discounts and
ensure quality standards and contract compliance. Cost
recovery is also conducted searching for duplicate payments
and erroneous payments.
Our reviews can begin with an on-site meeting while data
mining and analysis of bills, contracts and documents are
conducted off-site. Our staff works efficiently and
discreetly. Our work can be conducted remotely using
technology so there is no disruption to your operation.
Upon completion of our
review, we present a developed plan and recommendation to
reduce and then manage costs through vendor re-negotiation,
efficient provisioning of actual service level
requirements, migration to more cost efficient suppliers,
and more effective expense monitoring.

VYBRANZ is paid a percentage of the savings from
positive cash flow.
VYBRANZ payment always
mirrors the expense area they help reduce. If the expense
reduction is for a one-time project, then VYBRANZ is paid a
percentage of the savings one-time. However, if the expense
is billed monthly, VYBRANZ billing commences monthly within
30 days of the Customer achieving actual savings for each
completed project.
